Scope of Services: All digital services, creative deliverables, and consulting packages provided by DigitalShapeWorks are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DigitalShapeWorks.

Intellectual Property: Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, DigitalShapeWorks assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables, design assets, and digital products directly to the Client.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee. All quoted prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability: DigitalShapeWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days.

Cancellation During Production: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client will be invoiced for all work completed to date. A pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid amount will be issued within 10 business days.

Retainer Packages: Monthly retainer packages may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will be applied.

Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revision, partial refund, or credit toward future services.

Exceptions: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after project completion will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DigitalShapeWorks.
